Excellent customer service combined with courtesy and respect is at the heart of Kaffeccinos and with that in mind the team of staff have been especially selected. Actively encouraging and promoting the traditional values of customer service which is sadly lacking in today’s society thus ensuring our customers enjoy their experience of our cosmopolitan café culture. 
 
Kaffeccinos staff are trained in the sourcing, presentation and provision of products to the customers e.g. milling has taken place at Heatherslaw since the 13th century. The buildings which house the bakery are part of the 150 year-old water powered Heatherslaw corn mill where the original machinery is still used to produce stone-ground wholemeal flour.

Handmade in small batches by Redemption in their County Durham kitchens, at Redemption they continually strive to provide you with the tastiest choice of fresh soups on the market.They use the finest ingredients and time-honoured recipes to deliver wholesome heart-warming soups for our customers.
